Many vehicles are equipped with a DSG dual-clutch automatic transmission to significantly reduce shift times. However, in the event of a malfunction, which is by no means uncommon, repairs will prove to be very expensive. For example, if the mechatronics breaks down, then you will have to pay about 45,000 rubles for its bulkhead.
The clutch and DSG dual-mass flywheel will last about 150-200 thousand km. The cost of a new clutch kit is 35-50 thousand rubles. Approximately the same amount will be asked for the flywheel – 28-47 thousand rubles.
Versions with the classic Aisin submachine gun, although voracious, are more reliable.

All Touran cars are equipped with 6-speed manual, 6-speed or 7-speed DSG robotic gearboxes, McPherson front suspension and four-link rear suspension.
The transverse stabilizer is installed both front and rear, the minivan can be supplemented with the adaptive chassis control (DCC) system.
The brakes here are fully disc, ventilated discs are installed on the front axle, there are ABS, ESC, Brake Assist systems, the parking brake in all versions is electronic.
