Generally speaking, the Japanese Infiniti QX60 remained recognizable in terms of exterior, but there were some decorative elements that made the appearance of the crossover more attractive. Looking at the photo of the Infiniti Ku X 60, you can see a lot of undulating relief, as well as various chrome-painted inserts and slightly modified air intake systems with optics. The front of the car looks very interesting. It is interesting that, despite the crossover class, it has small dimensions and is placed quite low.

In part, this was also achieved with the help of the tilt at the front of the machine. There were also a lot of embellishments. The hood itself is equipped with strongly protruding side ribs and a massive central part, which has a wave-like relief. Traditionally, just behind the hood there was a place for a branded polygonal air intake system, which has become a little larger.

She decided to drown a little in the body. It is distinguished by a thin chrome frame, greatly expanding at the top, as well as a fine mesh painted in gloss black. The big “nameplate” of the manufacturing company Infiniti has not gone anywhere. On the same line with this grille, on either side of it, the engineers placed the head optics, which has a formidable design. It has received a triangular shape and has LED filling already in each version, which cannot but rejoice.

It is the Infiniti QX60 that is the first crossover by a Japanese company to receive a three-row interior layout.

There were also some decorative elements on the body kit, which is distinguished by several air intakes, the most important of which was placed in the center. On the side of the Infiniti QX60, there is also a protective layer of unpainted plastic. The car has embossed wheel arches, equipped with light-alloy 18-inch wheels. However, more expensive Infiniti QX60 configurations can even get 20-inch rollers. The ride height is a fairly average 187 millimeters.

The stern of the Japanese model turned out to be quite formidable. It is very similar to a real off-road car. In part, this is due to the installed almost completely vertical tailgate, which is devoid of inclination. The company’s engineers decided to decorate it with a long visor, which has a rounding, a modest slope and a strip of stop signals. There is also a massive window and a large number of chrome nameplates. The slightly protruding body kit has fog lights, a plastic diffuser, and an exhaust system, the appearance of which may be different, depending on the modification.

There are many large seven-seater crossovers on the Russian market, but the main competitor of the Infiniti QX60 is probably the new Toyota Highlander. In the top configuration, it costs 3.79 million, which is 360 thousand more than the QX60 with all options. The strengths of the “Highlander” include a slightly higher ground clearance, a new 8-speed automatic, tax-friendly 249 hp. With. Overpaying for Toyota makes sense for those who are afraid of the variator and generally firmly believe in the reliability of cars of this brand.

If you’re looking for a big powerful car but want to save some money, look no further than Ford Explorer in the Limited Plus package.
